We use Womens UK sizing.  Please be sure to check the chart below before making your purchase and if ordering from outside the UK make sure you convert your countries size to a UK size when ordering.

Order your true size. Our fabric is stretchy and  we have adjusted our patterns to ensure a snug fit.

Where to measure yourself

We ask for Bust Waist and Hip measurements only.

Do not measure yourself over clothing. Measure yourself in underwear.

The tape measure should be snug but not pulled tight.  

 

How to work out your bust cup size. 

Bust Size: Put on a bra that is non-padded or lightly padded. Place the measuring tape firmly around the fullest part of your bust. Make
sure you measure around your nipples, the widest part of your breasts. Ensure the measuring tape is pulled snug around your breast.
This is your bust size measurement. To determine the cup size, subtract the band size from the bust size. Each inch represents a letter
from the alphabet. An one inch different equals an "A" cup. For example, if your band size is 33 inches and your bust size is 41 inches,
you have an 8 inch difference. Your recommended bra size would be 34H

FAQ's 

 Q: How long for delivery?

As we hand make every item to order  the time can vary, please check the banner on the top of the home page for our processing time but please allow for Delivery in addition to this. This process includes cutting out the patterns, sewing, packing and posting items. If you want something urgently you can choose the  Fast Track option at checkout.  Please note processing times can change depending on how busy the store is, we will post updates on our homepage  blue banner if processing times change, thank you for your understanding. 

  • Q: Do you accept returns?

  • A: No. Each item is individually handmade to order and customised exclusively for each customer so we do not accept returns.

  • Every item in our custom range is bespoke made for the customer. The customers preferred options are chosen at the time of order. These options are fabric choice, size choice (with personal measurements), bust cup choice and length choice.

  • Please take your time before ordering and  study the size chart. We use UK sizing so if you are ordering outside of the UK please convert and order your UK size. If you have questions on sizing please message us, will be  happy to help and advise.  Please ensure you are ordering the correct items/sizes at checkout. If you do make a mistake at the  checkout, contact us immediately so we can rectify before processing.

  • Once the order processing stage begins we are unable to amend the order. We will offer a refund within 48 hours of purchase.  If you change your mind, contact us via email on the contact page and we will happily arrange this for you. This cancellation period does not apply to Fast Track Orders. Please read our terms on Fast Track Orders below.

  • If you have added a Fast Track option to your order, the order may have begun processing before the end of the 48 hour cooling off period, in this case cancellations are not accepted.

  • Every item goes through a rigorous quality control check before dispatch to ensure your new threads arrive in perfect condition. 

  • I need my outfit for an Event
  • You can provide an event date at the time of order.  This date must fall after the current processing period which is displayed in the blue banner header on our website pages. Processing days are business/working days only (Monday to Friday) .  There is a Fast Track option if you need your order sooner. We do our best to keep to schedule but occasionally external factors beyond our control can affect production. In such cases we will post updates on our socials to keep customers informed. 
  • Q: What Sizes do you offer?
  • A: We offer sizes Womens UK  6 - 26. International customers must order their UK size. Our size chart and size conversion charts are available on each listing.
  • Q: I would like to become an ambassador for Let's Go Disco 
  • A: Send us a message via our social media or tag us in a photo of you wearing your Let's Go Disco outfit and we can take it from there. 
  • Q: How do I wash my Let's Go Disco outfit? 
  • A: We recommend hand washing in cool water only,  don’t scrub simply let it soak for a few minutes. Don’t tumble dry or Iron as extreme heat will lift the prints and holographic finishes. Place hand washed item on a clothes hanger and leave to air dry.  This will preserve the fluorescent inks and holographic finishes in the fabrics and keep your items in perfect dancefloor condition.
  1. Q. What if I have an issue or complaint?
  • A: we hope this never happens but of course need to address this scenario. If you have a complaint firstly contact us and send us a  message. This can be done by email contactletsgodisco@gmail.com. We will request a full description of the issue along with photo evidence if required. We will do all we can to resolve the issue and hopefully leave you happy again.
