Terms and Conditions
Please read carefully. When you place an order you understand you are agreeing to our terms. It is the customers responsibility to read and understand before placing an order.
Orders and Timescales
- Every item of clothing on our site is made to order. Current production time changes throughout the year depending on how busy we are. Current production times are displayed on the Blue Banner Header on our homepage. This is the time it takes from the day you place your order for the item to be dispatched. This time allows us to cut out, sew up, quality control check and dispatch your order. Please be aware that the processing time is calculated using working days only , Mon - Fri, not including weekends.
- If you need the item by a certain date which is before our current processing time you will need to Fast Track the order. We offer a Fast Track option which you can add to your cart. We will dispatch your order before your event date but can take no responsibility for delays due to shipping. Please wait the current processing time before enquiring about your orders status. If we go over the estimated processing time please email us at contactletsgodisco@gmail.com. Please be assured we will do our best to keep to delivery estimates wherever we can but as a small business, occasionally unforeseen external factors can delay production. In these circumstances we will contact you.
- Ensure you check our sizing chart before ordering and measure yourself. If you are outside the uk you need to convert your size to UK sizing to order Always contact us for advise if you are unsure of sizing.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time for any reason.
Exchange
- We do not offer refunds on our handmade outfits but we may exchange like for like if your outfit does not fit properly. The customer should contact us by email contactletsgodiscostore.com within 48 hours of receiving their order with photos of how the item does not fit. We will then decide if the fit issue is because the wrong size was ordered or if its a problem our end. The item must be returned to us within 14 days, after which we can refuse the return. Any additional price difference in exchanged products must be paid by the customer. The customer is liable for all shipping/postage costs incurred in the exchange. The returned items must be unworn and in brand new condition with labels still attached. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange on any item that does not meet these standards. We will check thoroughly. The items must be returned before the new item is dispatched. Due to hygiene reasons bodysuits, hot pants and bikini bottoms are not eligible for return.
- Cancellation If you decide you want to cancel your order we offer a 48 hour cooling off period after you order. ( Not applicable to Fast Track Orders) Contact us via email at contactletsgodisco@gmail.com and we will happily arrange cancellation and refund of your order. If you feel your item(s) are faulty please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery so that we can make a plan to rectify the error. This will involve sending us photos of the defect so we can make a plan on how to put things right. You can email us at contactletsgodiscostore@gmail.com. Where we are at fault we will arrange for the item to be sent back to us for repair or exchange. We will cover the cost of postage in this instance.
- If you have Fast Tracked your order we may start processing before the end of the 48 hour cooling off period, if this is the case then cancellations are not accepted on Fast Track orders.
- For normal current processing times, once the 48 hour cooling off period has expired and we have started processing (cutting out) the order, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
Delivery / Shipping / Customs Duties & Taxes
- We send our parcels by Royal Mail or other carrier companies such as DPD and DHL etc. We use their tracked services so we and the customer can track the order to delivery.
- Once orders have been dispatched they are beyond our control, therefore we don't accept responsibility for delayed parcels.
- All our parcels require a signature on delivery. Royal Mail will send delivery notifications by email/text to offer the customer delivery options. This is the opportunity to arrange a convenient delivery time. In the event of missed delivery attempts the parcel will be retained by the carrier for an undetermined time, after which it may be returned or discarded. We accept no responsibility for returned or discarded parcels. It is the customers responsibility to communicate with the carrier and arrange re delivery or collection of their own parcel.

- If there is a signature on receipt of delivery and the gps coordinates match the delivery address we DO NOT accept claims that parcels were not received.
- In the very rare event that a parcel goes missing we can raise a query with Royal Mail/carrier on your behalf. If you wish us to open a case with Royal Mail on your behalf, please email us after you have made all the necessary checks with neighbours and family members. The investigation can take a few weeks. If your items are deemed as lost, our terms are we will send you a replacement. Replacements are exact like for like and we will cover the delivery cost. You will need to fill in a Denial of Receipt Disclaimer Form. Please ask us to email you the form.
- Washing Instructions
- Handwash in cool water only. Do not rub, tumble dry or Iron. Air dry on a hanger.
- Your fabric is good quality and will last for many events to come if you follow the above washing instructions. We will not be held responsible for incorrect washing.
